Phidgets - Easy to Use USB Interfaces

Interface Kits (6 products) - Analog inputs can be used to measure continuous quantities, such as temperature, humidity, position, pressure, etc. There are many plug and play Phidget sensors that require no assembly. In addition, any sensor that returns a signal between 0 and 5 volts can be easily interfaced. Digital inputs can be used to convey the state of push buttons, limit switches, relays.Digital outputs can be used to drive LEDs, solid state relays, transistors; in fact, anything that will accept a CMOS signal.

Analogue Sensors (26 products) - Phidgets are an easy to use set of building blocks for low cost sensing and control from your PC. Using the Universal Serial Bus (USB) as the basis for all Phidgets, the complexity is managed behind an easy to use and robust Application Programming Interface (API). Applications can be developed quickly in Visual Basic, VBA (Microsoft Access and Excel), LabView, Java, Delphi, C and C++.

Starter Kits (5 Products) - Phidgets Starter Kit is one of the most popular Phidgets; bundled together. An excellent kit to begin hacking, the kit includes the popular PhidgetInterfaceKit 8/8/8 with an assortment of sensors, PhidgetRFID tag reader and PhidgetServo interface kits. The starter kit is also supplied with interface accessories including switches, led's, interface cables and 2.3 Amp power supply adaptor.

Text LCD/LED (3 Products) - PhidgetTextLCD displays text on vibrant LCD screens. You can choose from White, Blue, Red and Green displays. A USB cable (included) is all that is required to control and power this device.

Motor Control (7 Products) - USB device for controlling two standard DC motors. Input voltage from 5-9 VDC with a maximum current of 1.5Amps per motor. Over current error is given in software API when motor exceeds limit. Packaged with USB cable, and manual.

RFID (2 Products) - PhidgetRFID reads RFID tags, a technology used for security and location tracking. Each RFID tag contains a unique code. The PhidgetRFID reader reads these codes and returns them to your application when tags are brought within 10 cm (4") of the reader. The tag does not have to be visible to be read.

USB Sensors (7 Products) - The PhidgetEncoder HighSpeed has been designed to work with a wide assortment of optical encoders. It can handle up to 500,000 counts per second and can be connected to any incremental quadrature encoder.

Accessories (10 products) - Two standard accessory sensor cables are available in 60cm or 350cm lengths suitable for use with Phidgets interface kits and sensors. Also useful for connecting custom peripheral devices. RFID Tag Accessories 30mm Disc, Credit Card Type and Key Fob.
